Sleeping arrangements

Four spacious bedrooms each feature a queen bed and its own full bathroom, giving every guest privacy and comfort. Fresh linens and bathroom essentials are provided, so you can settle in without missing a beat.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen offers ample counter space, a functional layout, and all the basics you need to prepare simple meals. A breakfast nook tucked into the kitchen and a nearby dining area make it easy to share meals and conversation.



Comfort & everyday essentials

Air conditioning and heating keep the interior comfortable year‑round. Inside the unit you’ll find a washer and dryer, Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace for remote work or study, and a TV for relaxed evenings.



Outdoor & shared amenities

Step outside to enjoy the community pool, well‑equipped gym, and outdoor grill area. A clubhouse lounge, basketball court, and walking and biking trails provide additional options for recreation without leaving the property.

Located in Lutz, the home is a short drive from the University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks, making it a convenient base for exploring the area’s attractions.

Families, groups of friends, and guests planning longer stays will appreciate the private bedrooms and bathrooms, pet‑friendly policy, and the ability to stay 28 days or more. Self check‑in via smart lock and free on‑site parking simplify arrival and daily comings and goings.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.



Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard.



You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



Please note that the photos displayed for our units are intended to represent the general amenities and features of the properties. However, furnishings, decor, and appliances may vary from what is shown. The images may not accurately reflect the current state of the unit.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
