The staff is very nice and accommodating. The only draw back is that the bed is very uncomfortable and the pillows were flat and caused my neck to hurt. The breakfast was good and the location is convenient to get to anywhere needed to go in Tampa.

We stayed at this property several years ago, and are IMPRESSED with the renovations! WELL DONE! Room was spacious and spotless, staff interactions were great (a housekeeper helped me solve the mystery of the non-working coffee maker, even though she spoke little English and I speak little Spanish - she stuck with it and we figured it out - I didn;'t get her name, she was working the 4th floor on Sunday 1/4, we stayed in room 433). Public areas are clean and attractive, too. We did not have breakfast, but other guests said it was "pretty good."
