Excellent place to stay in Brandon. Every employee is friendly, especially the lady who chscked me in, who I feel terrible about not remembering her name. Starts with a L and she has been there 12 years. Wonderful example and representation of your company.

The hotel room wasn’t bad at all. All the girls at the Starbucks was very pleasant and warm. The Asian lady and the Spanish guy were so cold when speaking to you and it wasn’t inviting at all. Seems like they were irritated and most of the times she was on her phone. The area next to the property was under construction which didn’t seem safe for ppl driving into the property. But big kudos to the Starbucks ladies each day they had a smile and was welcoming to all the guest. Not sure I would stay there again.

Typical nice but not over the top hotel worked for a in between drive and was really nice staff was super helpful. Bedding was super comfy and clean. I even had a allergy issue with the scent of the complimentary soaps in the shower and they were nice enough to drop off unscented

Not like all Courtyards

I was accommodated with early check in from the airport. Got to my room, toilet worked but didn’t work, after 1 night discovered some unwanted guess moved to another room. The best room darkening blinds ever. The hotel overall needs some work. The indoor pool looked dingy and uninviting and there’s no ice machine in the hallway.

The Hotel itself is clean and the staff were nice. However this hotel is on the busy highway, down a long road in the middle of a wooded area and if you dont have a car you need to uber everywhere. It also only has an indoor pool. They said we can use the outdoor pool at the hotel across the parking lot however we did not.

Nice with a couple maintenance issues

Front desk staff was great. They worked with us on late check out due to a very late flight. Room door slammed and door control arm was leaking oil. Paint peeling from ceiling over bed. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean as was the indoor pool.

The staff was wonderful and very kind. The room was clean, although one of the beds had lumps, and was very uncomfortable. However, the other bed was comfortable, but that meant that two people did not sleep well. The pool was also a strange color. The water did not appear to be clear.
