The staff was honestly the most helpful, pleasant, and accommodating of any hotel located in a city that I have encountered. There was a small delay/glitch at sign in which was handled very efficiently through staff and management. I believe it was just a computer glitch, as it affected a few people signing in, but was handled professionally by all. The location was great for us. It is walking distance to the River walk and close to stores/restaurants on the same block. Lyft pick up very simple in front of the hotel.

The location is good, close to River Walk and restaurants etc. The room was not too big or too small and nice amenities. However, the coffee machine didn't work, no ice on our floor and no towels for the pool. Otherwise, very much enjoyed our stay and will likely return on our next trip to Tampa.

I love the friendly staff and downtown location! I have stayed here a few times for those reasons, however, I have encountered musty smelling, wet rooms a couple of times. I understand the Florida heat may do a number on their ac units, but there was visible water damage all around my most recent room. Fortunately they have begun renovations, but not sure when those will be finished. Wonderful staff and an ideal location for exploring downtown, and close to college too.

Upon arrival the room was clean and tidy did not have any problems with getting extra towels or another needed for the room. The staff was very nice . The valet parking was good it did not take long to get car coming from inside hotel or coming back to get car parked. Everyone was nice and professional. It was very pleasant and quiet at this property.
