Rooms and overall cleanliness could be improved. Otherwise, it’s close to the stadium and walkable. The staff was helpful and super friendly. It was definitely a better experience than a few years ago.

We only stayed here because it was close to the stadium. It seemed a bit sketchy. The check in guys were friendly. The property needs work. Stairs seemed unsafe Door to room hard to open and close.

If you are just looking for a clean bed and bathroom this will fill the need. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, room satisfied my requirements. Location was excellent. Not fancy, just basic.

Its an old building that needs remodeled BUT they do keep it clean. Its also extremely budget friendly and was convenient for my daughter and I to stay at while we went to a concert at the stadium. We walked to the stadium so that helped with not having to pay for parking. Several people from our hotel and the one next door did the same thing. It was so close! Rooms were clean, so were the beds and towels. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect 👌 We felt safe there. It was quiet. I would definitely book again.

It's what I expected for the price. It's not at all nice or comfortable but anything that is would have cost far more. The room was air-conditioned and the bed was fine; there is no closet, the bathroom sink is outside the bathroom, there is no coffee and if an iron is needed it must be requested at the front desk; apparently none are left in the rooms because "people steal them." I don't know how someone could steal an ironing board without being noticed but that says it all about the caliber of guests who stay here. I did ONLY because it was dirt cheap and only for one night.

If you need a place to lay your head after an event at the stadium it will do. If you're looking for amenities keep looking it's a room not a resort it's a bit out dated. Easy to get to the room and parking. The cleaning staff are the sweetest. Check in staff were very nice, the guy at check out was kind of don't bother me attitude.

Its not perfect, but its comfortable. Staff is always welcoming and if you're looking for a quiet break in tampa, the prices are very good. 4 stars in my book, even though its not a 4 star hotel

No ammenities, just a room. Room was filthy, there was a random old band aid covering the peep hole of the door, silk eating bugs in bathroom, blood-like stain on the carpet near sink, TV didn't work, room had a really strong overwhelming smell to a cheap cleaning spray, probably to cover something else. Paid for a king size bed room and got a 2 smaller bed setting. Pros: Free parking, great location, cheap, great water pressure and hot water.

The staff was nice and the hotel was very convenient as I was attending the NHL stadium game at Raymond James. That being said, the room was not very nice. Poorly patched holes in the walls that weren’t painted over to match the existing color. The bathroom definitely needs a bit of TLC. All that being said, the price was great and it made my trip to and from the stadium a breeze.
