After a ten hour flight we waited an hour for hotel transfer shuttle from the airport, called three times, very unhelpful staff. Hotel itself was great, good breakfast, morning staff were lovely.

Very easy to book and the shuttle 24 hours from the airport was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable and easy to check in Practice is included there is also restaurants close by including a Starbucks across the parking lot

We had an early morning flight so never actually ate breakfast. They had had fresh fruit and cookies available as well as coffee and tea all day. The Shuttle was available 24 hrs a day.
