Overall, the hotel was very clean and cleaning staff was friendly when we asked them for extra towels. However, our room wasn’t cleaned on the second day when it says rooms get cleaned daily. Staff was not available at the counter on multiple occasions.

Perfect, new and clean. Only thing… TV turned on at 4am and woke us up. (Stayed at la Quinta some months ago, same price and really bad) so if you need a hotel in the area, this is a very recommended option!

Room was clean and had good amenities as was the property overall, but when I asked for linens for our pull out bed, they said they didn’t have any pillows for the bed. I asked if they were sure because we had booked the room planning for a person to sleep on that bed. He then offered me a second blanket saying I could fold it up and use it as a pillow. I declined and stepped away for a bit, looking to see if there were enough pillows in the room to make it work but there was just no way for me to get a decent night sleep with no pillow. So I went back out and asked if he was absolutely sure there was no way for us to get a pillow as we had paid extra for a room with a second bed and to not get a pillow with that bed was pretty disappointing. He groaned and walked away without saying anything and came back a few minutes later with a pillow. It just seemed like pretty poor service to have to beg 3 times for a pillow for a bed I paid for.
