First time travelling to Tampa. I booked this hotel Roost Tampa, and really happy with room is clean with a full kitchenette inside, washer and dryer, microwave, fridge, ect. Location right in downtown Tampa, 2 minutes walking to the Benchmark International Arena, lots of restaurants, cafe/bistro nearby. And I love the Publix supermarket. Also, the staffs in front desk are very friendly and helpful.

This place was perfect! We only stayed one night but would definitely come back to this location. The room and grounds were pristine! The staff were friendly at check in and the view from the room was amazing!! So much in walking distance. I know it is also homes for some but still wish it maybe had a small bar area to enjoy a drink before or after going out.

This property is one of my favorite places to stay in Tampa. We stayed on the seventh floor, which was perfect as we had the pool the gym and coffee every morning in the common area was a big plus! The restaurants all around the area were so good as well as breakfast too. I’m looking forward to coming back..

Excellent Stay at the ROOST. Very classy and home away from home. Very convenient to the grocery store (Publics) and other shops. Also was able to get on the rail from the Publics to view other parts of Tampa such as YBor City. Awesome visit and love the city vibe.
