Staff was extremely courteous. Called me to question whether i really needed a handicapped room, which somehow got booked at the last minute. Only minor complaints regarding the room; safe wouldn't lock and cracked tiles in the bathroom.

Unfortunately the rooms didn't meet expectations, but your staff more than made up for it! Especially, Archie! He was my first experience of what snowballed into excellent customer service by the entire staff! Judy was front desk was so amazing! Yetsi provided me with great housekeeping services! I loved the staff so much that I came back for a three day stay! I meet Jei and she was a fabulous person! Please continue to hire these type of people! Thank you guys for Excellent customer service!
