This 2650 sf hidden gem sits on 2.4 acres filled with LIVE OAK trees and beautiful azaleas and camellias(seasonal). Open floor plan with 2 living spaces and HUGE kitchen countertop.

RELAX by the pool(not heated)(SPA/HOT TUB IS NOT FUNCTIONAL), FISH in the pond(bring uryour own gear and beware of GATORS), and expect to see bird species and possibly other critters or even OWLS hooting at night. A VERY COMFORTABLE home!

Well located for all that central Florida has to offer. AIRPORT-22 mi.; Ybor/Downtown-14/15 mi.; Hard Rock CASINO-8 mi.; Busch Gardens-14 mi.; Gulf BEACHES-39 mi.; DISNEY-55 mi.; NASA-105mi; Shopping MALL-9 mi.

If you are found to be having a party or have more than the number of registered guests at the property you will immediately be evicted by the county sheriff's department.
