"Had the unfortunate experience that only our room did not have internet service in the TV, not the biggest of issue but 3 trips over two days for them to finally lets us know. Also please note you must let staff know via the “do not disturb” sign, whether you want your bed done or clean towels, this was not communicated. Bar service for the beach doesn’t start until after 1pm. The staff is great without a doubt, the pools areas are beautiful, having beach access and palapas was great, food...

"Was great. Loved the room. But Food not included in the dining area. You have to add it to receive a ticket or voucher coupon. I think check out said $2 per person more (could be a bit more) but check before you finish reservation. Don't forget to add if you want to eat. Otherwise you pay more on site like a regular restaurante. "
