"It was easy to get to the hotel when I was at the airport. There was a phone I dialed. They told me exactly where to get the shuttle. From the moment I stepped in the hotel into the moment I left. I was very happy. All of the staff assisted me this was my first trip to France. The restaurant on site was delicious Ziad went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. Helping me to find a driver. When I come back I will definitely stay at Novotel again."
