Hotel razoável, precisa de uma repaginada. Equipe simpática e prestativa. Situação desagradável foi ter sido acordado pela camareira as 8hs na manhã do check out e as 10:30, enquanto eu estava no banho, outra tentativa de entrar no quarto. Acho que cometeram um terrível erro de planejamento.

Hotel situé à 10min du centre ville en voiture. Belle piscine. Tres bien accueilli par le réceptionniste très professionnel. Possibilité de se garer sous l'hôtel car hôtel en bord de route. Bon petit déjeuner. Chambres un peu vieillissantes. Demander une vue piscine plutot que jardin.

La struttura è un 3 stelle non di più ed è un po’ più decadente rispetto a quanto illustrato con le immagini delle camere e degli spazi comuni da Expedia. Il personale dell’hotel molto disponibile, educato ed organizzato, buona la colazione anche se in Sicilia, patria degli agrumi, la spremuta era industriale... Buono ache il ristorante convenzionato proprio di fronte . La posizione dell’hotel è sulla strada principale molto trafficata, nessun marciapiede e le spiagge raggiungibili a piedi dall’hotel sono deludenti piccole e poco curate

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits en août. Connaissant les difficultés qu'il peut y avoir pour se garer à Taormine, nous avons privilégié un établissement qui bénéficie d'un parking. Le cadre est magnifique et l'espace piscine très agréable ; la piscine est spacieuse et la vue superbe. Les chambres sont climatisées ce qui est un plus. En revanche, si la propreté ne laisse pas à désirer dans les chambres, la salle de bain, du moins dans notre cas, était à la limite du vétuste : traces d'usure noires sur les toilettes, le lavabo et la baignoire. De même, ce qui fait office de sèche cheveux n'est vraiment pas convenable c'est tout simplement un tuyau qui fait soufflerie. Pas de possibilité pour l'hôtel de nous en procurer un convenable après avoir reporté cet incident, il s'agit du "sèche cheveux-standard". Pour autant c'est la première fois que nous en avons vu un comme cela. Enfin pour le parking, mieux vaut ne pas être pressé ; il s'agit d'un parking avec "service voiturier" : ils déplacent plusieurs fois les voitures durant la journée, et nous font patienter 15-20 minutes quand nous souhaitons la récupérer pour sortir, ce qui n'est pas très accommodant lorsque l'on a réservé un restaurant ou une activité. Au global, un hôtel pas vraiment digne de ses 4 étoiles, qui mise tout sur le cadre général et les environs au mépris du service et du bien être de ses clients.

L’ubicazione della struttura non consente di posteggiare l’auto in prossimità per poter scendere i bagagli per cui ci siamo accostati occultando in parte il passaggio di auto e camion e sono andata in reception per chiedere la cortesia di indicarci il loro parcheggio (a pagamento) per avere la possibilità di scendere anche i bagagli e fare il check in ma ci è stato risposto che al momento erano impegnati con i check out e ci hanno invitato e ritornare dopo un’oretta.. accoglienza del tutto pessima. Nel complesso la struttura è buona, ubicazione strategica per mare e centro.

Medium standard hotel. I wouldn’t say 4-stars. Especially for the service, which is quite disappointing, and for the breakfast, which is nothing special and very basic. Last but not least, awful parking service, 20 euros a day and this is not specified on their profile. I was expecting more.

La posizione è vantaggiosa perchè poco distante dalla funivia per salire a Taormina.Il garage era tutto al completo e abbiamo parcheggiato in quello vicino alla funivia;siamo rimasti delusi dalla stanza perché non era quella presentata nella foto della prenotazione ma sembrava purché dignitosa quella di un due stelle e non quattro!

Gepflegtes Hotel mit auffallend freundlichen Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch besonders im Servicebereich. Abendessen bei Halbpension war 3-Gänge-Menü, immer auch Fisch uns Meeresfrüchte und Pasta dabei, alles serviert, Getränkepreise im Normbereich, sehr gute Weine. Executivzimmer sehr schön mit farblich wechselndem Sternenhimmel und Balkon mit Meerblick.

Lovely hotel

Great location for the beach and the cable car to Taormina town centre. Very clean and comfortable stay with excellent choice for breakfast. Only downside was view from the room, but had good size terrace.

Davvero un bel soggiorno

Siamo stati di passaggio solo per una notte a Taormina e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Hotel curato, pulito e molto bello. Personale gentilissimo, competente e squisito!! Viaggiando con una persona che ha problemi di mobilità facciamo anche i complimenti per la struttura che le ha agevolato tantissimo il soggiorno
