"Worth every penny… this place was a dream. Two patios with amazing views… the plunge pool was so much fun and gorgeous at night. We were living in a castle. "We have just spent the most wonderful holiday in this villa. The owners certainly understand what it means to be a host. Communication before, during and after our stay was perfect: complete but not overly intrusive. The home was clean and elegant. The layout of 4 separate bedrooms and bathrooms gives each room privacy, while the common living areas are conducive to socialising with friends or family. This will forever be remembered by us as a place of joy, beauty and comfort."

"We all enjoyed our stay very much. The villa was spacious as were the outdoor areas. The location was quite good. The drive to Taormina was relatively easy and only took about 20 minutes. The view of Etna was impressive, but the views of the sea were unfortunately hazy because of the smoke from Etna. The only negative was was abandoned construction directly across the street; however, it did not obscure the view. "

"We loved our stay at Villa Etna Mare. The setting is amazing with the most wonderful views of Mount Etna and the coast. The villa is very well equipped with a great outdoor cooking area. The drive up to the villa is quite a drive! but the instructions from Michael meant that you knew exactly where you were and therefore didn't miss any turnings! "Stayed here with family for 4 nights. Simply amazing villa with so many cool things. A tad rustic in some ways but it’s really part of the charm of the property. Our host was super friendly and helpful and even took us for dinner and groceries upon arrival. The drive to the property is a bit tricky and takes some getting used to, but adds to the experience and charm. I can not wait to come back to this property."

"I rented the Lemon Tree villa for my family and friends for our wedding at the Four Seasons in Taormino. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the owners, Karen and Diego. If you're a hiker like me, it's easy to walk to many destinations - however, you will probably need a car in most cases (Taormina is about a 2 hour walk). Giovanni and Lidia were incredible hosts!
