"I can’t say enough about this property and staff. Having travelled to Italy and Europe a dozen or more times few properties have been so welcoming and helpful from start to finish. The property was ultra convenient to the main shopping and eating street in Taormina just a few steps away. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was home made and had a view of Etna from their patio. They also had a heated (like really warm) as well as a rooftop bar for evening drinks. Would return in a heartbeat. Thanks!"

"If you are staying in the Junior Suite with balcony at A’Coffa it is a beautifully maintained room with a super comfortable bed and lovely modern bathroom with an excellent shower. Good amount of hanging space for clothing and a couple of decent sized drawers. All the amenities in the room are well thought out and it’s a nice space to be in. There are a couple of balconies and one has 2 chairs and a table so you can watch the world go by on the busy Corso Umberto. It is right in the centre of the busiest street in the town so expect some noise and if you are a light sleeper you may want some earplugs. During our 3 days stay (mid April) the refuse collection was between 4:30am-5:30am each day and there were also lots of early morning deliveries on the road below. Overall we loved Taormina and A’Coffa is a great choice if you want to be right in the centre of the action in a really top room."

"Excellent location, within Corso Umberto (a main area in taormina). Room was comfortable with towels and some amenities. Ample restaurants, shopping. Very touristy area but with a nice vibe. Parking is a little far, about 10 minutes away in a public lot. Contact person for property was very responsive and very helpful; she provided excellent recommendations. Very cozy and comfortable stay for a couple. "

"Terrific room. they upgraded us as soon as we arrived out of the blue. Location is perfect. Parking: don't overthink it. there is one parking garage South of the city and one North. just park at the Porta de Catania parking garage and walk the six minutes to this hotel."

"(Measured to Taormina standards) you get excellent service for an affordable price. From the accessibility of the hotel through the helpfulness of staff all way to the quality of the breakfast, everything was top notch. I have been to far less popular places paying the same kind of money for similar or even less service. Just one more thing which may not seem to be important but it truly is: there is enough room in the shower to bend down for the soap when you dropped it…"

"You stay there because of the view and central location. Huge price tab of a Ritz or Four Seasons without the customer service.... Staff is not terribly helpful at times. We asked for a "Do Not Disturb" sign for bedroom several times. Crickets. We asked to change a large Euro bill. Crickets. We asked for a late checkout for one of our several rooms. Nope. But the view is stunning!"
