"Nice location 5mins walk from start of Corso Umberto, without having to climb steps. The Good: very helpful reception staff, great views, clean room, ok breakfast. The Bad: extremely tiny bathroom and 3x3 foot shower stall impossible to turn or bend. The Ugly: hotel keeps old fashion keys with room numbers openly hanging near the reception front door. Anyone can walk in and take your key! Put them behind the reception desk, please."
