Divi was great, clean, helpful staff. Resteraunts all had great food and was seated quick. Pools were fun and the beach was beautiful.

We recently stayed at Barceló Aruba and had a mixed experience. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was clean, and the hotel overall was clean and well maintained.
That said, the resort is definitely showing its age and feels very outdated. For an all-inclusive resort, we also found the food, drinks, and dining options to be quite limited. The food at the main restaurants was mediocre at best, and there wasn’t much variety.
The drink options were especially disappointing. There was only one beer option included, and the liquor selection was very limited, with Absolut vodka and mostly alcohol being served. For an all-inclusive resort, we expected a better selection of both food and beverages.
The specialty restaurants were a different story. Dinner at the specialty restaurants was good and definitely a highlight of our stay.
Overall, the helpful staff and cleanliness were definite positives, but the outdated resort, limited food and drink selections, and quality of the all-inclusive offerings left us feeling that there are better options available in Aruba.
