"Hotel had everything my family needed. Room spacious and clean, decent breakfast. We all loved the garden, beautiful, calm, relaxing outdoor space overlooking water. Tiny playground, basket swing n trampoline - my children enjoyed them so much. Thank you ❤️"

"Nice hotel and super cozy Biergarten. Only negative feedback is that the staff hardly understand/speak English and all menus are only available in German."

"Overall, the hotel was very good. The spa area is fantastic, especially the outdoor pool and the saunas. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I had a pleasant stay. The only downsides for me were having to pay €12 per day for parking, the food at the spa bar, which could definitely be better, and an additional Energiekostenpauschale that was charged but not specified on Expedia. Other than that, everything was great."

"Tropical Island is great for children and a fun time out for the family. The room was okay, beds were uncomfortable. There was no soap in the bathroom with toilet. The air conditioning in the room did not work, so was quite warm and stuffy in the room."

Das Personal war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns auch Empfehlungen für Veranstaltungen z.B. einer Kahnfahrt gegeben."
