Very comfortable gîte located in the village of Tauriac, 50 m from the leisure centre and the lake. Former Bar Restaurant fitted out, you benefit from large volumes, the bar and a professional billiard table. Nearby: Dordogne valley, Castles, Caves, Most beautiful villages of France, Corrèze department. On the 1st floor: independent kitchen, 1 living room with 1 television, a large living room (52m2) with a lounge with television, 2 ceiling fans, library, board games and HI-FI. 2 bedrooms (1 bed 0,90 and 1 bed 1,40m), 1 shower room, 2 independent toilets, one with a washbasin. On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms (2 beds 1.40m and 2 beds 0.90m) each with a private shower room + wc. free wifi. Large terrace, private garden and parking. Necessary baby. Common portico, table tennis table. Charges not included : EDF 0.18€/kwh and fuel oil at the meter reading (heating and water). Tourist tax : 0.99 €/J/pers Sheets : 10€/lit - bathroom linen : 7€/pers - animal : 1 €/day/animal . Welcome basket.
