"As a couple we stayed at this hotel on 1st May 2024. The reason we chose, was because it would accept pets, and we have 2 dogs. The hotel is happy to accept them, as long as they are well behaved. In addition you need to be aware that you are liable for any damage. This was not a problem for us as our dogs are well trained and responsive. I would imagine humans cause a lot more damage! We paid about €80 for our room, which was clean, tidy and spacious. There was a fridge, coffee machine, and good size private bathroom in our room. There is a good size swimming pool as well! We were also delighted that the price included breakfast, which was very good and covered everyone's needs (ie veggie, etc). Its about 2KM into town and there is a busy road outside with nor pavement. However, we ordered a pet friendly UBER taxi each way, which cost us €4 each time, and made life very easy. This hotel is well worth a try, especially if you wish to bring your dog/cat etc, and we will certainly use it again, when we next visit Tavira. Finally, we received great service from Raul, behind reception. He was kind, courteous and a credit to the hotel"

"Great little hotel (12 rooms on two floors) in a central location 5 mins' walk from the centre of the town and the Roman Bridge. All staff are excellent and very helpful especially the ones who work serving breakfast each day. We were also allowed early check in when we arrived at lunchtime with no bother. The room and bed were very comfortable, good quality bedding and towels, great strong shower. Some road noise can be heard but it quietens during the night. Very handy for local Pingo supermarket 2 mins' walk away -the fridge in the room is silent and very useful for water, juice, fruit, beer etc. We didn't use the rooftop terrace or pool as we were out each day, and it wasn't warm enough to plunge in the pool yet anyway. Nice to have a balcony but not the best view! Would recommend. "
