We were charged for a stay that we did not make. We arrived and waited 30 minutes in the lobby with no one to wait on us. We had a great stay. The house has lots of character. We enjoyed the history of the property. The kids loved the pool. The house was supplied with everything we needed. We had one issue and the owner addressed it quickly.
