8.6/10 Excellent! (1,698 reviews)
Room very clean but a little dated yellow walls & furniture
Kettle - element broken/burnt
TV - no channels available/not working
Staff at breakfast - exceptional. Very welcoming and helpful.
Staff at check in / check out - not the best. Its the little things e.g. ask if would like to book breakfast, I had to ask after check in process. Check out - did not ask if everything was ok with our stay.

8.2/10 Very good! (1,005 reviews)
Lay out of room was excellent for a one night stay, with the bonus of having a settee to relax on. Staff were brilliant, contacted receptionist as hair dryer did not work, replacement was with us within 5 minutes. Car park, (albeit a little tight) is perfectly located. City centre is a 10 min walk away.
