"Clean, good amenities and great breakfast "

"We had a lovely stay in Larch Cottage for 3 nights in April 2025. The cottage is comfortable with a great bed and wet room shower. There are lots of super walks in the area including rivers, waterfalls and mountains. I'd highly recommend."

"Beautiful surroundings, the cottage we stayed in was spacious, well kept and ideal for a relaxing break. During most of our stay the onsite restaurant was closed but there are great local options available. The only downside was the pool area was looking a little tired with the jacuzzi and a shower in the changing area out of service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed our time here."

"What a fabulous find this was. Just a few mins out of town. There was building work going on but wasn’t disturbed by it as out all day. "Delightfully quiet and peaceful traditional stone cottage. We had five nights here and were lucky to enjoy great, warm weather, The cottage has electric heating (we didn't need it) and logs for the fireplace (again, not needed during our stay). There's a supermarket a few miles away in Blairgowrie and a nice hotel/restaurant 2 miles away in Meikloeur. This was a great base for exploring forests, waterfalls, lochs and towns & villages around Perth."
