"Hotel is in a great location with lovely views and is a walkable distance to the theatre. It's a bit tired in places but undergoing renovation and wiĺl be beautiful once finished. Breakfast was amazing with a great choice. Staff all really friendly and helpful, allowing us to drop off bags prior to check-in. Overall a great stay."

"The hotel once our Sat Nav got us there was very very good. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The room was spacious and beautifully clean with a lovely big bathroom with a full size bath and shower. The breakfast was really lovely again really friendly helpful staff. Our evening meal was also a delight and reasonably priced. My husband bought me a hot stones massage from the Spa for my birthday. It was done by the lovely LJ and was so relaxing. We finished our visit off with an afternoon tea It was so good. But so much we brought a lot of it home in boxes. We’d definitely go back. "

"A lovely hotel with helpful friendly staff. Situated a stone throw from the city centre ideally situated for shopping trips or a night out at the local theatres. We will definitely be staying here again when we next visit Perth. Thank you all."
