The room was clean and the bed comfy, bathroom was spotless and the staff were very friendly, room was ready when we arrived and got to check in before the usual time, only let down was the breakfast it was not warm enough., I would definitely stay again.
Cosy, clean room ~ comfy bed & great shower. Appreciated the tea / coffee / biscuits and hairdryer & iron. All staff were friendly & helpful.
Breakfast ~ great selection but hot food was mostly cold & should be refreshed more frequently.
Staff were really friendly and helpful. Perfect location for our trip.

Great welcome, spacious room, comfortable bed. Attention to detail not super - wallpaper badly hung, for example. Shower lukewarm and drizzly. Good breakfast but surprisingly low quality tea (especially with good tea in room). Overall, would stay again.
Most helpful and pleasant staff. Very efficient
Marvellous selection for breakfast.
Most enjoyable dinner with excellent service.
Clean, comfortable rooms.
Loved staying at this hotel, very clean, staff was great and you can walk to all dining and bars in the area. Parking was located just behind the Hotel. Overall a great stay and would definitely come back to this hotel.

A very comfortable hotel to stay in. The breakfasts were tasty with plenty of choice. The room was spacious with a nice view along Pitlochry. The room was nicely cleaned. We had dinner in the Coachhouse . The steak pie was lovely. We also had dinner in the hotel itself. The venison was beautiful and the desserts were delicious and fun.

Great location if you are visiting Pitlochry, staff were excellent and friendly. The hotel and the rooms were clean but the whole place felt like it needed a bit of tlc.
Lovely hotel. Liquor or Whisky on check-in which is a nice touch. Also a bottle of Prosecco in room for our Anniversary which was a lovely surprise.
Excellent location and brilliant breakfast.
GREAT HISTORIC HOTEL. Very quaint & comfortable.
Highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities and staff.
Will definitely start here next trip to the Highlands

Good Chice
Breakfast was buffet style and although there was an excellent choice for, including fresh fruit, the cooked offering was cold which was disappointing. Booking in was simple; the staff were polite and helpful; our room was clean and spacious; and the en-suite spotless.
Room was nice, but there are alot of stairs. Just be aware if you have a heavy suitcase, some of the rooms off the lift have multiple sets of stairs after. Also, there is very limited parking. The staff were all lovely. The breakfast was great with a big variety.
