10/10 Excellent
"Well. After reading poor reviews about this hotel, I have to say I was pleasantly impressed. Room 001 deluxe room was lovely. Everything was clean and lots of nice scottish toiletries were supplied. Bedding was crisp and clean. Toilet sink and shower were spotless. Shower works great but lacks in power to clean long thick hair. Beautiful big window which made the room look bigger. Lovely window rollar bring and heavy curtains. Spa area was cosy with a clean standard. Ladies changing room was closed for maintenance but was not a problem at all. Robes and slippers were provided. All floor tiles were clean as was the swimming pool & jacuzzi. Breakfast was first class with lots on offer for all kinds. (Didnt notice any allergen signage) Staff worked hard keeping service area topped up. Tables were cleared and cleaned immediately. Loved my stay and will definitely be back. Thank you so much."
