This B&B far exceeded our expectations. Everything is done with great attention to detail, all furnishings and amenities are top quality, and the breakfast is well worth all the awards it has won! We came by train but there’s plenty of parking. An ideal spot to stay in Pitlochry!

This place was absolutely delightful! It was spotlessly clean, and the owners had thought of everything. They were so friendly and helpful. I was there for a cycling event, and they prepared breakfast for us much earlier than usual, and even left snacks for us when we got back. The rooms were lovely and the beds were so comfortable. I can’t wait to stay here again.

Amazing stay, exceeded all expectations hugely. We live in London and are used to fancy hotels and enjoyed this far more. From the moment we arrived, service was personal. We were shown round and provided all info we needed. The room was spotless, towels fluffy and smelt amazing. The property offers an “honesty bar” allowing you to serve yourself from a fully fledged bar and be charged at checkout. We loved this element so much and have told everyone about it, the bar had everything you could think of and the concept was so fun! Breakfast was amazing, fast, hot and delicious. Again so personal to you. My partner is picky so they gave more of the things he likes (bacon, sausages) without even being asked. The highlight for me was the whisky porridge and the mini hot pastries. Honestly we just loved our stay, the town is beautiful and an easy walk down. If we visit again we will be staying here for sure, would not even contemplate another accommodation. Thank you so much - Beth and Peter Xxx

We were met at the door on arrival by owner Tom,he gave us a lovely welcome then showed us around the hotel before escorting us to our room which was exquisitely decorated and furnished ,looked like new,attention to small detail was fantastic including a welcome drama of whisky ,disposable slippers,nice touch.full scottish breakfast was absolutely delicious, will definitely be back.well done Tom.

Lovely B&B with delicious breakfasts, fab honesty bar with a great selection of whiskies. Bed was super comfy and the waterfall shower made us want to stay in there all day! Short walk into town. Very welcoming hosts.

Beinn Bhracaigh far exceeded our expectations. The room was beautifully laid out with everything we needed. The view was stunning. We kept the curtains open all night to make the most of it. Tom and Adam made us feel so welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very thoughtful. We mentioned that we were vegan and we were given a vegan menu for breakfast which was made to order and was delicious. There were lots of extra thoughtful touches that went above and beyond anywhere we have ever stayed before. Highly recommended.

Beinn Bhracaigh was a lovely BnB with great hosts. We enjoyed Hogmanay in town and had a nice refuge from the cold back at the BnB. It is conveniently located as just a 10 min walk from centre of village. The views from the room and the common areas were superb. And we enjoyed the honesty bar for a night call a couple nights! Recommend!

A brilliant stay!!

The host was really welcoming at the property which is well located and in excellent condition with plenty of facilities. The room was spacious and very well appointed and the whole experience showed great attention to detail. An example of this was the honesty bar where you could obtain drinks or snacks to consume in the lounge area or patio. Communication was also first rate.

Beinn Bhracaigh is an absolute gem of a B&B. Tom is an exemplary host, genuinely engaging and a really nice person. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect and had a raft of useful information. The guesthouse was immaculately presented, clean, comfortable and quiet. The views over the valley are stunning. It's about 10min walk to town where there's a number of good eateries. The breakfast options served at the property were a great set of choices and the food was delicious. Overall, well recommended and glad we had the pleasure to stay there. Hope to be back at some point.

This place is an absolute dream! The hosts are incredible and we were made to feel welcome the moment we arrived. The room was cozy and comfortable. Fantastic B&B

Our stay was super fantastic. The B&B is top notch! Extraordinarily clean and the breakfast served was excellent. The ambiance was relaxing and their lounge had the most spectacular view of Pitlochry. Tom and Adam were wonderful hosts. We hope to visit again someday.
