"Clean Room, but really loud noise when the people in the room above walked about really creaky floorboards , enjoyable stay but I dont think this is a Four star hotel as rated, bathroom door was in need of repair we stayed in room 159 Double de luxe, staff were very helpful"

Breakfast had plenty of options on the continental buffet as well as the option of ordering hot/cooked options. "The reception staff were all lovely and super helpful. We had a minor problem with the shower and the receptionist sent the maintenance man straight away. We opted in for text alerts which was really helpful to ask questions about the restaurant, the pool etc. Unfortunately we didn’t use the pool on our first two days, then it was out of action on the final day of our trip, when we’d planned to go. But that was the only slight disappointment. The food in the Waterside Restaurant was lovely, and the service was great. We had eaten in other restaurants in the vicinity (The Courtyard and Tayside Marina) but the service in those wasn’t as good as The Waterside The cottage was clean and had everything we needed including fridge and dishwasher. We enjoyed the spacious balcony as the weather was sunny and we could sit out of an evening enjoying the peace and tranquility. We also remarked on the very well kept grounds "

"Parking was fine. We used it as a base and didn't use the bar or restaurant. The bed was too firm for one of us, and lack of comfortable seating meant the bed was the best place to read for any length of time."
