Although Eddie staff member was really sweet concerned and helpful he can not control the slack of his staff which delayed 2/3 hrs at a time for house service & not to mention waiting 20min to even been tended to at the bar which we ended up leaving. Management wanted to give me points due to my experience which is ridiculous and the other manager said she would give me 50%off one night which she didn’t only have me 30% I didn’t even bother to call and fight it I’m tired of the run around vacation is suppose to be an escape not a constant problem."
