"had to move rooms as walls very thin and could hear TV from next door, bed awful but better in room we moved to but we lost out on the large balcony breakfast ok short walk to the centre easy parking"

"Good breakfast, nothing out of the ordinary but pleasant and fresh. We weren't aware about the parking unfortunately. Good size room. It would have been a nice touch to have English speaking channels on TV"

"This hotel is amazing! No complaints! I will definitely stay again when I return to Siena Tuscany. All the staff were very helpful, kind and attentive with our needs. They recommended great authentic restaurants even made the reservation for us. Hotel was very clean when our room was cleaned daily they left treats for us. "

"We had an apartment for 3 people. It was very spacious: large room with beds, a couple chairs and small table. The kitchenette had sink, cupboards, microwave, small table, coffee maker (with pods ). The bathroom was long and narrow, big for European standards. The location was good, away from the crowds. Parking in Santa Caterina garage is ideal. Park there, and the owner can give you a QR code to present upon exiting for a cheaper price. All the apartments are located in the same general area but not all attached to one another. I believe some apartments come with breakfast included, ours did not which was fine. The owner was nice. Check in starts at 3."

"My first time in Siena and this Rooming House turned out to be a great choice. The view onto the piazza is a real bonus, as is the great location in the heart of the city. The host was lovely and a great communicator. The room itself was fantastic and spacious. I would recommend it and will book again. "

"The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. However, the walls were quite thin, and I could clearly hear neighbours talking as well as toilets flushing, which made it difficult to relax. The water pressure in the shower was also very weak. I raised this issue with the staff, but I was told that moving to a different room would incur an additional charge. Given the inconvenience, it would have been appreciated if an alternative room had been offered as a gesture of goodwill. As I was only staying for two nights, I decided not to pursue the matter further."
