"Breakfast was terrible. Food we ordered was completely burnt and inedible. Room and property was generally clean. The blinds in the room let a lot of light through and pillows are big and hard. We were in one of their large suites but surprisingly the bathroom was small and one small sink."

Additionally, the food prices were quite high considering that the presentation and overall quality did not reflect the cost. "Rooms Are Super Clean, the Hotel itself looks Brand New unless it was recently renovated. The Location is perfect its a Very Safe Area and about 20mins-40mins from el Centro (Zocalo) Puebla. Depends on the time of your commute… You have many restaurants to choose from nearby. Its a very convenient location. I would definitely recommend this Location. I will return to this place again if Im in the area. Also Family Friendly Location. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Thank you Tru Hilton for an exceptional First Experience.
