"The property was clean and well maintained. We stayed in the ocean front private pool villa and it was a bit dated with badly stained couches and furniture. Breakfast was the best meal the hotel had to offer with meals and snacks at the pool and other onsite restaurants just ok and over priced for the value. The drinks were watered down and limited. They were unable to make my husband’s old fashioned for the entirety of our stay. Most of the staff is friendly, caring and accommodating but there were several incidents where we were totally ignored by the pool staff. I had to flag someone down to ask about drinks that were ordered over an hour prior to be told the ticket was lost. Come to find out the bartender didn’t have the proper ingredients and no one bothered to tell us. Overall I feel that the staff went above and beyond to decorate and prepare the villa for my birthday as prearranged and prepaid. Staff members Diane, Epi and Nika were exceptional for the care they showed."

Every team member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and greeted us with a genuine smile. Their kindness and hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable. The property itself was beautiful, the location was perfect, and everything was exceptionally clean. We felt comfortable, safe, and right at home throughout our entire stay. I can’t wait to come back, and I will definitely be staying at this property again. Thank you to the amazing staff for making our trip so special!"
