Very unhelpful staff. It was not made clear on booking that this room is without a bathroom. When you book a hotel, you expect a bathroom with the bedroom. This was hidden in the small print. This shouldn't be called a hotel, it is a hostel. We decided to leave and book somewhere else, although still had to pay for the unused room.

If you book a standard room you do not get one with a en suite It's not hidden in small print perhaps a visit to specs aver may help

Not all rooms are ensuit No soap provided for shower or ledge to use to hold soap Limited quantities of original tea and milk in room but additional provided on request Poor breakfast but only £5 No breakfast menu. difficult to select cereal as it was in a cupboard

When you only have one guest for breakfast and the other 11 either on pack lunches or no breakfast deal It makes sense to ask the guest there requirements and get the products out when they are ready
