The lady upfront with red hair (didn’t get her name) was very unprofessional towards her colleague. Red hair lady asked a question to her colleague and when the colleague replied that her requested days were listed on the calendar (because she was busy helping to check us in) the red hair lady replied very rudely “well that doesn’t help me out much now does it”! I did not find her to be professional in that moment of being rude. "
