"The property and grounds are spectacular, for a family retreat. Our stay at the end of July was very hot, so with air conditioning it would have been excellent! Also, the Wi-Fi was a little hit & miss. The pool and grounds are fantastic! Would definitely recommend."

Stylish, relaxed, top tier attention to detail, amazing service that makes like you are staying with your coolest friends (that you probably don't have in real life - lol). "We had an excellent week at Il Querciolo. It is an ideal location for a base to explore Tuscany with Arezzo, Siena and Florence all within easy reach. If you prefer quieter smaller towns, there are plenty to choose from, such as Cortona, Monte San Savino, Gargonza, Lucignano, Castiglion Fiorentino - all close by. Cesare and family were amazing hosts and provided a warm welcome and plenty of suggestions of places to visit. They also produce some amazing wine, which you have to try when you stay. Also recommend the breakfast they provide with homemade breads, cakes and biscuits. The pool is great when you want a relaxing day on site and has a stunning view over the valley and provides fantastic sunsets in the late evening. We definitely hope to return for another stay."

"We are a multi-generational family with kids and grandparents who stayed in the country villa in the Spring for a week and absolutely loved it - the house was very comfortable and spacious! Each room had its own bathroom, dressers and beautiful views out the window. House has a fully furnished kitchen, so when we chose to cook, we had everything that we needed. Living room and dining room was where the entire family hung out. The property is set in a hill overlooking grapevines and rolling hills. There's plenty of seats on different sides of the property to enjoy the sun in the morning and the sunsets, which were simply spectacular! Kids loved running around and checking out nooks and crannies of the property. Hot tub was great, pool was fully operational but it was early spring, so we didn't use it. Would stay there again. "
