Cannot fault cleanliness or willingness to help when things go wrong. (Eg my room became cold when the radiator turned out to have been turned off, the TV had some problems....) I would not recommend this as a place for tourists to stay unless you know the area well; no helpful leaftets around to guide you, staff too busy or not always there to answer questions. Excellent breakfast; only had one evening meal which would describe as typical pub fare. They 'upgraded' me to a room with a bath (water not warm enough) and then charged me for the upgrade but they were so pleasant I didn't have the heart to complain!

A wonderful place to stay. 2 miles from Tenby. The owners are so friendly, as are the staff. The rooms are well appointed and all are ground floor. The food is home cooked and excellent. The car park is large, and of course free. There is a patio area for those summer drinks. The railway station is next door and a bus service close by. However parking is cheap in Tenby. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great value for money, room clean and tiday.

Stayed nice and close to Tenby, without being in the town centre. Evening away for me and the wife. Nice break from the kids...lol. We went on a fabulous walk from the hotel to the local beach and around the seafront.....brilliant, fairplay and we had the weather too which was great bonus too.

We had a great nights stay. The staff were very friendly, we enjoyed a lovely evening meal, and the breakfast was amazing. The local area is very pictureresque. We enjoyed our walks. Thanks for the tips on going to Stackpole, simply beautiful.

Pleasing stay in Penally with my partner.

Nice, modern, clean & tidy mini hotel with friendly staff. Absolutely nothing to do with the hotel, the train into Tenby was cancelled so we had to get a taxi - no big problem, but failed to get a taxi back at 12.30 unless we wanted to wait an hour so had a nice two mile walk!! Other than the transport issues it was a pleasant stay with no issues.

Tenby short break

The hotel was lovely and immaculately clean, the hosts were very friendly and attentive. Really close to the beach and only a short walk in to the town. I shall be staying again next time I go to Tenby. This hotel is very good value for money and I will be recommending to friends and family.

6 of us stayed for new years eve. All the rooms were lovely and clean and warm. Evening meal and breakfasts absolutely gorgeous. The owners were very helpful and friendly we Will be returning again can't fault anything about this place. Thankyou for such a enjoyable stay.

Pleasant stay in a friendly hotel.

Very friendly and pleasant staff. Nice clean hotel. Easy to find and situated very close to the railway station. Food very good and reasonably priced. Very busy road running alongside where some of the traffic was exceptionally fast. Could be problematic for some.

Overall I have stayed in better places but I have stayed in worse. Rooms were modern and real lovely bathrooms. There was some dust in the room (sorry a bit too much watching if Four in a Bed makes us look for such things). Fantastic breakfast all cooked fresh. Disappointed that bar was closed when we got back at around 10:45 on Saturday evening.

A very nice, family run, guest house. The hosts are really nice and welcoming and willing to advise on the area. The guest house itself is very clean and nicely decorated and very close to one of the nicest beaches I have ever seen in the UK. Well worth a visit.
