Excellent choice in a good resort
Very well equipped, spacious, comfortable apartment, with a roof top terrace basking in the sun. All the arrangements for entry and departure worked perfectly.All kitchen appliances were modern and user friendly. A problem with bed was sorted out almost immediately with a new bed base…..incredibly fast service! The purple folder in the apartment contained valuable information…a must read. Fairways Club is a very good, quiet family resort with a heated swimming pool, a good bar and restaurant…there is now a water machine dispensing drinking water. A lack of a near bus stop means car hire should be considered…Autoreisen gets top rating C. Bell

Pleasant stay
The property was clean and had all facilities we required. Just overall was of it's type and a bit tired. The roof terrace is private and a real bonus. The pool was good as was the pool bar. The onsite restaurant was good but closed on Sunday and Monday. The location was remote from any nightlife with no local bars and limited restaurants. Great if you want to play golf and/or just sit by the pool. You need a car for shops other than basics from minimart next to complex. All staff were friendly and helpful. We had an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Great but…..
Overall the apartment was nice. On a lovely site with a great pool area. The apartment could do with adding air conditioning but other than that no complaints with the stay. The issue has come post stay. Upon arriving one of the shower heads was neatly placed by the bath taps. Looking at it, you could see that the shower head holder was broken hence we just accepted we could only use the other shower and not this one. Since leaving we have now been accused of breaking that shower and charged!! You could absolutely see that this shower had never been used during our stay. The owner was responsive to our dispute but failed to accept our explanation. To say I am disappointed in what was a lovely break being ruined is an understatement.

Lovely Apartment & Complex
We booked this apartment as a last minute get away for our family and it's certainly very spacious with everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. Helena is a wonderful host, responding quickly to messages and we didn't encounter any problems while we were there. Although there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living area, the apartment would certainly benefit from air conditioning as the fans just couldn't quite cope with the heat which made it a bit uncomfortable. That said, we were told by the locals that it was warmer than usual for this time of year so of course that wouldn't help things and at least we had a constant cooling sea breeze coming through! The complex itself was just what we were looking for - quiet with a pool area and central bar 'La Isla' that serves both food and drink all day long. We would also recommend the onsite restaurant if you don't fancy venturing out of the complex on an evening although there are plenty of places to eat and drink that are within walking distance around the area. All in all, we can't complain and thanks for a great holiday, Helena!

We had a lovely stay at Fairways The Apartment was perfect, a very lovely place with fantastic views of the pool, morning sunrise and evening sunsets and roof top terrace. The Apartment was very well equipped And the beds were lovely and comfy. The kids had a fab time, playing in the pool. The area was great and the staff in the hotel were friendly and the local food in the restaurants was perfect. We shall definitely use this apartment for future visits to Tenerife. Thank you

Lots of apartment for your money
Spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. In my opinion this apartment was situated in the best place on the complex. Quiet and private. The complex was well maintained and the pool area and bar were nice places to relax. The ceiling fans kept the apartment at a comfortable temperature and the windows had bug shutters so you could keep them open at night. Sleeping in a cool airy room was a priority for me and this apartment delivered! The additional big fridge freezer is a great idea. Loved this accommodation and would return. Owner and key handlers were pleasant and professional. Everything went smoothly. Nice and close to Amarilla golf, just walk along the buggy path on the 4th/10th for the quickest way to the clubhouse.

Needs some TLC
The apartment itself was fine and comfortable but the cleaners had not done a very good job. A lot of the bedding and towels were mixed and some could do with replacing. Some cupboards and drawers were filled with items past visitors had left, and in line with Covid i think these should have all been removed. Unfortunately this has stopped us booking for next year. This is a shame because Helena was a great and understanding host.

Fantastic apartment on a lovely complex
The apartment was perfect, very clean, nice fresh bedding & towels and sits in a great location on the complex which has stunning gardens and a heated pool. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and has the added bonus of a washing machine. This was our first visit to this area of Tenerife and we were not disappointed. The pool was a firm favourite with my 7 year old who spent hours swimming and playing there. The apartment has sun on the balcony all day as well as a roof terrace. The after hours check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. There’s a small supermarket across the road, plenty restaurants & bars within walking distance and beautiful views of the golf course, sea and mountains. I’d highly recommend this apartment and hope to return again soon.

OK but rather alot of aircraft noise and could do with some improvements
The accommodation was as advertised and clean but furnishings etc a bit tired. Sun beds on the roof terrace could do with updating ..beware roof terrace is not totally private .. it is overlooked by a few others.. I got surprised by some workmen on a neighbouring terrace. Address provided for property was incorrect ..best to check it on Google and get exact location. Taxi driver didnt know the complex and his satnav couldnt find it so we got dropped off about a 15 min walk away and asked for directions from passers by...got there eventually. Key instructions not correct... no one was in the car hire office it was closed. Phoned Steve who said we should have been given a key code for box on the wall containing our apartment key. Only small remnant of a toilet roll in one bathroom on arrival late xmas eve! Local shop closed xmas day. Only two very tired towels for each occupant. Problem with water flow initially .. Steve eventually came out to check but it took a couple of days to get a decent hot water flow. Information about the surrounding area would have been useful...never stayed in a VRBO place that didnt have an information folder i.e. useful telephone numbers, map showing local restaurants and shops, bus stop, taxi, police station, cashpoint, pharmacy etc. Map of the complex would be good, there are several security gates to enter and leave the complex..some easier to navigate than others.. the one at the car hire is the most awkward if carrying cases or shopping.. gate is half way up a flight of stairs. There are quite a few stairs up to the apartment. The airport is very close and the complex is under the landing approach so very noisy..on a busy day there can be an aircraft every few mins. I was often woken at 6.00am by the first arrivals.

Due to Covid restriction we were not able to go and see for ourselves the apartment. As it is a gated complex there will be several gates to it. Our representative Amarilla Car hire takes care of everyday requirements and inform us if anything need to be replaced. In the contract that is emailed to all renters there are very clear instructions how to obtain keys if people arrive out of businness hours. Due to Covid lot of restaurants have closed. If you need latest info of facilities nearby it is best to ask Steve or Susanne at Amarilla car hire or in the reception where thaere is always up to date list .if you need any othere information you are more then welcome to contact me.

Nice property with well equipped kitchen
The flat is on the top floor & so is not overlooked & has good views. There is also use of the roof for private sunbathing which is a pleasant extra. It is well equipped generally but note there is no air conditioning. The temperature outside wasn’t too high so it was ok with fans but only just. Pool & gardens are nice & a supermarket conveniently right opposite! A pleasant stay!

Another amazing visit, appartment even better than last time.
This is the second time we have stayed at Helena’s penthouse. We revisited because we were so impressed with the apartment, it was well equipped and felt comfortable, like being in your own holiday home. This stay we were delighted to find screens on the new bedroom windows, and the addition of an extra full size fridge /freezer to the built in one was fabulous. The complex pool has been totally renovated since our last stay and in our opinion for the good. No smaller in size or shape but reconfigured so no one point is deeper than 1.4m for swimming but allows for play. Being 5ft 2in with Raynaud’s the other benefit is that the pool was warmer so I could join my family instead of watching. We look forward to visiting again as soon as possible.

Wonderful property with everything needed for a relaxing holiday
Just spent nine glorious days at this penthouse apartment which was very well equipped with everything needed. The rooftop terrace was the ideal place to sunbathe and read a book in perfect peace and it was sheltered from the wind as it did get very windy on occasion even though the weather we had was fantastic. The complex itself was very well maintained and the pool is superb also a handy little supermarket just across the road. Very highly recommend.

Very organised leaving key with details in safe compartment (near pub at bottom of stairs to secure gate)for out late arrival; Apartment is fabulous - top floor apartment/penthouse with separate private upstairs with sun beds & chairs. Completely private & quiet. Apartment is spacious, good size kitchen with all amenities- two bedrooms - one double with en-suite (bath & shower & toilet) the other bedroom is a twin with adjoining shower & toilet; Hot water plentiful - supplied with towels & linen & blankets should you get chilly; Amazing array of books & dvds incase you get bored.. On balcony large table with chairs, BBQ in corner, airer for drying your clothes & another sun lounger.. Fairways complex is clean & tidy, never used the pool,but it does look inviting; Free WiFi where snooker tables are - near apartment. RockinHorse pub on outside of complex friendly & reasonable, food tasty for quick late bite to eat on our arrival. Supermarket across the road - well stocked & reasonable, larger one not far away, but if doing a large shop you may need a car/taxi - as maybe too far to walk back with a heavy load. Fantastic eating places at the 19th Hole overlooking the Golf Course & near the harbour close to front, all very reasonable & welcoming; If you like Sangria - try Lava Beach Cafe Restaurant you’ll not be disappointed & also the 19th Hole overlooking the Golf Course - all within walking distance of Apartment; Highly recommend to one & all, this is our second time at this apartment & feel it won’t be our last.. many thanks Helena for everything & Happy Holidays to all x

Fabulous apartment
Home after a week in a very nice, well presented apartment. The staff around the complex were all very polite and helpful which is always a positive. Not an area if you want to party the night away but for a quiet, tranquil holiday it’s just the ticket! Word of warning if you are unsteady on feet as the apartment has a fair number of steps to contend with before reaching it. Hired a car for a day on site and the prices are quite reasonable and the staff gave good advice on directions to places of interest. Recommend thoroughly 😃😃

Exceeded expectations - Perfect base for a wonderful family holiday. Highly recommended.
My wife and I and our teenage daughter stayed 9 nights in this apartment this summer and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen appeared quite new with all the modern appliances needed, all the utensils needed and there was a second large fridge/freezer in the comfortable lounge area. The bedrooms were good sized with individual bath / shower rooms. The large balcony with barbecue had a good sized table and there was a roof terrace with sun loungers. We were attracted by the prospect of our daughter meeting some friends which worked out very well indeed. The pool area had a lovely family atmosphere with entertainment, bar and life guard; not too busy and not too quiet. All staff were very friendly and helpful and added to the enjoyment of the holiday. The complex has security gates with swipe card access. The location is a short walk from the marina and rocky shore. We used a hire car for some wonderful family days out all over the island although there were plenty of attractions and amenities at the marina and in the surrounding area within a short walk of the apartment. We visited a number of restaurants within a short walk of the complex and all were very good quality and value including the one in the complex. I played two rounds of golf at the adjoining Amarilla Golf and was impressed by the course. The greens were fast, true and challenging. The cost was 58 Euros for 18 holes (including a buggy) and hire clubs were a further 25 Euros. There was a 5 Euro discount when I said I was staying at Fairways. We had a wonderful family holiday here and enjoyed it so much we are considering going back again next year!

Fairways Club Amarrilla Golf Apt 59
Very comfortable apartment with everything needed for a wonderful holiday.The Owner has a very efficient booking system and is very helpful when needed. The complex is very pleasant with a lovely pool and garden. The area is very quiet with a walk to the Habour which is manageable,there you will find bars and resturants. The supermarket adjacent to the complex is poor, highly priced, and not very nice but adequate for missed items not previously purchased. There are other supermarkets a taxi drive away. We had a lovely stay and would recommend the apartment very highly.

Spacious apartment in beautiful complex
This is a spacious two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms which makes it ideal for families or groups of friends . Extremely well equipped and the roof terrace is an extra bonus .The only problem we found was that the pool in complex was freezing its definitely not heated , however everyone staying here were so friendly and Oscar the entertainment guy was great we had a fun game of bingo on our sunbeds one afternoon. Would highly recommend this apartment and from what we saw the area around is very up and coming and the golf courses look fabulous our husbands would have loved it .

Well equipped apartment in great position
Fairways Club is a great resort surrounded by the Amarilla golf course and just far enough away from the airport not to be overly bothered by aircraft noise. The apartment itself has a well equipped kitchen that's been recently updated and the appliances were all clean and worked well - although the instruction books for the oven, hob and washing machine seem to have gone missing it was all pretty intuitive to work out. The beds were comfortable and all linen was changed after a week of our 11 day stay. The balcony is south facing and gets the sun all day so we didn't feel the need to use the rooftop sun terrace other than to marvel at the view of Mt Teide. Fairways is a great place for kids as all entrances are gated with keycard access. It's a perfect location for us as we love walking along the shoreline to the shops and restaurants at San Blas and on to Los Abrigos for some great seafood. The bus service from Golf Del Sur seems to have declined a bit since our last visit but it was still easy to get to Los Cristianos and a day out in Santa Cruz only involved one change of bus. There was a problem with one of the toilets when we arrived but the local rep (Steve) arranged for it to be fixed and kept us up to date with progress and it didn't impact our enjoyment of the holiday. I would certainly book this apartment again and would happily recommend it to others with the caveat that it's not suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to the number of steps up to the entrance on the second floor.

Wonderful Property and complex
Had a wonderful 11 days in this apartment. It has 2 good size bedrooms (one with a double , the other with two single beds) , a terrace which overlooks a nice tropical green area and you have a great view of the pool. All communications were prompt with Helena the owner which was reassuring as we had never hired a property this way before and where travelling with two special needs children so needed confidence. The representives of the owner are based on the complex as well and were very helpful as we needed a stairgate , which they sourced from a local rental company for us and it was fitted within a few hours There is a few restaurants on the complex and a lovely Italian just across the road as well which does great food, there is also a good supermarket below. However if you are hiring a car I would recommend going to the Mercadona or Hiperdino as they are of course better value. We can't thank Helena enough for allowing us to stay in her beautiful apartment and will most definatly be booking again in the future

Perfect apartment
Arriving at the apartment i was impressed with the resort lay out in general . Great access points to suit everyones needs . The apartment is on the top floor and has a private roof terrace . Light and airy rooms , i have never slept so comfortably in tenerife , ceiling fans provided a great breeze . The apartment is superbly equiped with every utensil you may need if you intend to use the well appointed kitchen . With some great near by restaurants i never used anything but its all there including an built in bbq . The apartment was spotlessly clean . Its the perfect base for any family wanting to explore tenerife . Thank you and we look forward to returning and would happily reccommend this apartment to friends and family .

Very good location
This apartment was very well located very clean and well equiped it was my Daughter and family that stayed there they enjoyed there stay. The complex also very good. Very clean and tidy property, well maintained with plenty of space inside and out for four people.
Apartment part of a secure complex with good sized swimming pool and on site catering outlets. Good choice of restaurants within 15 minutes walk, large and cheap supermarket 10 minutes drive. Excellent base for exploring most parts of Tenerife, being close to the motorway. Seems to have the best weather in Tenerife, with clouds often in view a few miles north when enjoying clear skies at Amarilla.

Lovely Sunny Apartment
This was the second time we have stayed in the Fairways Club complex. The apartment was on the second floor (34 steps); had two bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom, the other with a shower room. Open plan kitchen and living area with patio table and chairs on sunny balcony. There was also a roof top terrace with sun all day. The views are lovely both to the hills and mountains and the pool and gardens. Apartment is clean and light. We would recommend this property. The Fairways Club has a pool bar, restaurant, hairdresser and car hire, with a small supermarket opposite and 2 more restaurants very close by - Aries Bar and The 9th Hole.

Fantastic Penthouse Apartment and Complex
Just returned home after staying here for the past week. We took our 2yr old daughter and she had a great time. The facilities , pool and restaurants are fab and the staff are very friendly too. We stayed in a lovely penthouse. Once again there was everything you could possibly want during your stay. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. The decor and the new kitchen looks great. It had a balcony overlooking the pool which was great for having breakfast / lunch etc in the sun but it also has its own private rooftop balcony which is fantastic to just go upstair and relax and catch some sun . The owners are very helpful and we found they could not do enough for us which we were grateful for. I would highly recommend this for a anyone visiting the area. This is a wonderful apartment on a quiet family complex-we were delighted with our stay and would certainly come back and use the same apartment again. It was clean, well equipped and our 3.5 year old daughters thoroughly enjoyed staying there. I can't recommend this place enough.

Nice quiet holiday
Lovely clean appartment in a gated friendly community near to the airport. Ticked all my boxes as I am older and was on my own and could spend the days by the pool and not have to go far to the lovely restaurant there, A car would be required for going to livlier places and shopping nearby .I would definately go again.

A Great place to stay
Great Holiday, plenty of Sun and a great place to stay. The sun terrace has great views and is a good option if you don't want to sit by the pool. The planes coming into land are quite low, but weren't a problem to us. It's only a short walk down to the coast, where there are a number of good places to eat. We would definitely stay again

Solides, geräumiges Apartment
Geräumiges Apartment in schöner, überwiegend britisch bewohnter Anlage. Zwei vollwertige Bäder, Geschirr teils unsauber, vermutlich aufgrund der fehlenden Spülmaschine. Betten im zweiten Schlafzimmer eher für Kinder geeignet. In 10 Minuten Laufdistanz ist ein kleiner Hafen mit schöner Promenade. Ums Objekt selbst liegen Golfplätze, wer sich an der direkten Flughafennähe nicht stört, kann hier ein paar schöne Tage verbringen. Wir konnten dies jedenfalls.

pas à recommander pour 4 ADULTES,les 2 lits dans la 2e chambres ne sont que des lits rudimentaires
Cuisine et Living n'ont pas de table ni de chaises appropriées pour s'assoir (chaises de camping présent). La propriété est bien calme er il n'y a pas trop de bruits. l'accès à l'autoroute est parfois long surtout les soirs c'est bourré toute l'autoroute du Sud. moi je laisse tombé les prochaines années!! l'entourage de FAIRWAYS est bien entretenu et les gens sont très aimables et aident où ils peuvent. pour s'approvisionner il y a très prêt des supermarchés et hypermarchés comme LIDL ET MERCADONNA .
