Superb penthouse overlooking the sea and golf course in Amarilla Golf. 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen large lounge with 2 sofas, flat screen TV, DVD, Radio and large south facing terrace with built in barbecue overlooking the tropical gardens, dining table for 6 people. Master bedroom has king size bed, en suite bathroom and door to a terrace. Second bedroom has 2 single beds with room for a cot, and en suite shower room. Large roof terrace with 5 sun loungers with stunning views of the mountains, the golf course and the sea and benefits from all day sunshine. The gated secure complex has large heated swimming pool with a pool bar and a life guard, separate children's section, children's play area (children's club available during school holidays), pool table, table tennis and free WIFI. Parking is available outside apartment. There are several bars and restaurants with nightly entertainment in the complex, supermarket, hairdresser and car hire.

Very well equipped, spacious, comfortable apartment, with a roof top terrace basking in the sun. All the arrangements for entry and departure worked perfectly.All kitchen appliances were modern and user friendly. A problem with bed was sorted out almost immediately with a new bed base…..incredibly fast service! The purple folder in the apartment contained valuable information…a must read. Fairways Club is a very good, quiet family resort with a heated swimming pool, a good bar and restaurant…there is now a water machine dispensing drinking water. A lack of a near bus stop means car hire should be considered…Autoreisen gets top rating C. Bell

Pleasant stay
The property was clean and had all facilities we required. Just overall was of it's type and a bit tired. The roof terrace is private and a real bonus. The pool was good as was the pool bar. The onsite restaurant was good but closed on Sunday and Monday. The location was remote from any nightlife with no local bars and limited restaurants. Great if you want to play golf and/or just sit by the pool. You need a car for shops other than basics from minimart next to complex. All staff were friendly and helpful. We had an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Spacious clean apartment that is well equipped. High speed wifi and plenty of tv channels. Only critisism is that the the stairs to the entrance, rooftoop terrace and sun loungers all need a deep clean.

Great but…..
Overall the apartment was nice. On a lovely site with a great pool area. The apartment could do with adding air conditioning but other than that no complaints with the stay. The issue has come post stay. Upon arriving one of the shower heads was neatly placed by the bath taps. Looking at it, you could see that the shower head holder was broken hence we just accepted we could only use the other shower and not this one. Since leaving we have now been accused of breaking that shower and charged!! You could absolutely see that this shower had never been used during our stay. The owner was responsive to our dispute but failed to accept our explanation. To say I am disappointed in what was a lovely break being ruined is an understatement.

We booked this apartment as a last minute get away for our family and it's certainly very spacious with everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. Helena is a wonderful host, responding quickly to messages and we didn't encounter any problems while we were there. Although there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living area, the apartment would certainly benefit from air conditioning as the fans just couldn't quite cope with the heat which made it a bit uncomfortable. That said, we were told by the locals that it was warmer than usual for this time of year so of course that wouldn't help things and at least we had a constant cooling sea breeze coming through! The complex itself was just what we were looking for - quiet with a pool area and central bar 'La Isla' that serves both food and drink all day long. We would also recommend the onsite restaurant if you don't fancy venturing out of the complex on an evening although there are plenty of places to eat and drink that are within walking distance around the area. All in all, we can't complain and thanks for a great holiday, Helena!

We had a lovely stay at Fairways The Apartment was perfect, a very lovely place with fantastic views of the pool, morning sunrise and evening sunsets and roof top terrace. The Apartment was very well equipped And the beds were lovely and comfy. The kids had a fab time, playing in the pool. The area was great and the staff in the hotel were friendly and the local food in the restaurants was perfect. We shall definitely use this apartment for future visits to Tenerife. Thank you

Lots of apartment for your money
Spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. In my opinion this apartment was situated in the best place on the complex. Quiet and private. The complex was well maintained and the pool area and bar were nice places to relax. The ceiling fans kept the apartment at a comfortable temperature and the windows had bug shutters so you could keep them open at night. Sleeping in a cool airy room was a priority for me and this apartment delivered! The additional big fridge freezer is a great idea. Loved this accommodation and would return. Owner and key handlers were pleasant and professional. Everything went smoothly. Nice and close to Amarilla golf, just walk along the buggy path on the 4th/10th for the quickest way to the clubhouse.
