"The room was spotless as well as the hotel/property absolutely immaculate. Perfect location in Osaka to hit up all the famous areas - easy to get to Kyoto. I would 100% stay at any of the Candeo hotels again and surely will the next time I’m in Japan. The hotel staff was friendly They helped me research my way to a ski resort for the day and was very friendly with all the questions I had throughout the week. I was so happy I booked this hotel over my other choice.. amazing views as well from the room. "

"Rooms were clean and a good size. Breakfast was very good, had a variety of food, had a 24hr beverage bar, and complimentary welcome drink. The amenities included skincare package and face masks. Location is few feet of train station and convenience store. "

"The staff are very polite. Since we have an extra voucher left for breakfast we cannot use it for our last day because we have an early flight they book us for lunch instead. I was a bit sad about the amenities at first like the cotton/swab etc bec it was not on the amenities area but you need to ask at the counter for those. Our stay is very pleasant.. The location is very ideal for us tourist near the shops.. Thank you"

"We highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Osaka. Train station is right under the hotel building. So easy to get anywhere in Osaka and get back after a long day of walking. Get the included breakfast for unlimited japanese beef everyday! Complimentary drinks daily and new towels everyday"
