"We had a lovely stay at Lakeview cottages! We stayed in a king size bed cottage and it was perfect for a weekend at Lake Winnipesaukee. We loved the community hangout areas outside of the cottages with the comfy patio furniture. Although we didn’t have time to use it, having a personal grill for each cottage was so cool and our neighbors were grilling up some burgers one night and they smelled so good! The pool was very nice. Loved the string lights on our small shared deck. The fresh muffins and coffee in the lobby in the morning were such a lovely touch! When we were heading out, the owners waved goodbye and thanked us for coming. I can’t speak for the inn at the property— but the cottage was lovely. Just a few minute walk to weirs beach and the strip! Can’t wait to stay again :)"

"Our room was clean, comfortable and had some character with a lake view balcony and gas fireplace. The only thing that was wrong was that the tv did not work correctly. It went in and out. If you were watching a show, you’d get about 2 sentences, and then it would go dark for about 5 seconds, and then back on. We didn’t report it at the time but we did leave a note. The only other complaint is that there was not good direction about things like where and what time breakfast was served or where the pools were located. Once we found the pool it was great, with a gorgeous view of the lake. You can walk down steps to a sandy beach from the pool, as well. We will be back. "

"Beautiful gardens on the property, friendly staff who are the owners. The room was very clean with plenty of fresh towels and fresh linens. The beds were in great shape, firm yet soft. Complimentary Coffee by the office was quite good. There’s a nice view of Paugus Bay from the table and chairs in front of the room. There’s a lot of traffic on the road but it gets nice and quiet at night for peaceful sleeping. We’d love to stay here again"

"Room was nice and clean, the location was in the middle of our hiking destinations so it was a good spot for us. I was mostly impressed with the breakfast that was provided by the hotel. It was the best continental breakfast I have ever had at any hotel. Eggs, potatoes, yogurt, waffles, juice, coffees and much more. The gentlemen who cooked the food was very helpful and friendly. He offered us banana's for our hikes and a guide. He was super nice. All the staff at the front desk was also very pleasant upon arrival and checking out. I would definitely stay here again. There was also a pool which we didn't use and a sauna which we did. Everything was just easy"
