A slightly remote hotel with very good facilities. The staff are very helpful and the pool a delight. The rooms are very good and the view too. The dining/breakfast room is good and the dinner menu excellent. Good hotel shuttle service too, beating ITTaxi (who failed to show many times) and Uber (expensive).

The team here was stupendously amazing! If there are better words please insert them! They were all amazing. I left my backpack with medications in it and they worked out getting it delivered to me in Gavorrano (sp) as I was on a train to Florence. We took a day trip to Capri and my wife got seasick and their culinary group adjusted and made a special meal for her and delivered it to our room. If you like great red wine their choices are amazing and I highly recommend trying The Ischia wine which is the island to the right if you’re heading to Capri. Loved every aspect of this hotel. Wish it had been closer to Sorrento’s port but every dime the travel cost was worth it for the Staff, Food, Great Wine and the Sunsets.

Hotel centric but surrounded by a lot of remodelations. It is on the 2nd floor. Need to enter a building and use an elevator with coins!! No one would help in with any of our suitcases. Indications to get there to avoid the remodelation street was not provided from the hotel neither an apology from the hotel. We had to carry all our suitcases through a dirty under construction cobbled street for more than 15mins and when i went to ask for help, no staff member would assist. You could hear the noise from the street construction since the early morning in the room which woke us up super early. Also there was a construction on the 1st floor of the building entry and all our belongings were full of dust. Additionally to all that they refused to keep our suitcases in the storage while we travel to Capri and go back for 1 more night in the same hotel. So we had to change from hotel 1 night before the check out day without refund for that night. Staff didn’t care and did not even try to find a solution. Totally disappointed and frustrated about this horrible experience. I will totally never go back or recommend.
