"The staff was great"

"Picturesque location spoilt by unfinished major construction next door. Pool was very dirty, full of flies and wasps swarming around it. A simple clean up and lick of paint in places at minimal cost would make a huge difference to what felt like a very tired and neglected hotel. We chose not to stay over night and found an alternative hotel due to our disappointment with the pool and outside areas."

"Room was clean, staff were great and the hotel had all the amenities that you require, my only negative point is that I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in my room but it is common across Europe not to have this…"

"Everything about our stay was magical. The intimate setting and the incredible food made us feel like we were the very special guests at a Michelin star restaurant. The breakfast was also incredible. Highly recommend."
