"Our suite was beautiful, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Mexico City can be a bit overwhelming but Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico was a perfect refuge. The restaurant was terrific, both for food and for the incredible view overlooking the Zocalo. There was also a lovely lounge for residents of the hotel only."

The only room for improvement is that the spa receptionist and esthetician don't speak any English. We had to communicate through Google Translate. "
