Boyne Valley Hotel - Bed & Breakfast Only

Boyne Valley Hotel - Bed & Breakfast Only

8/10 Good
"Hotel was good although getting tired. Room was large and adequate and house keeping excellent. Went for a drink in the bar but the ambience was far from welcoming especially with the very strong cleaning smell. No evening restaurant is far from good. Location was good and staff very helpful and friendly."

Roganstown Hotel & Country Club

8/10 Good
"Bar and restaurant staff were excellent, attentive and provided great service. Front of house/reception staff in my opinion were less so. Reception staff set the scene therefore they should greet staff with a smile, be friendly and take some time to run through what’s what. This was missing. I also think that a surcharge of 17 euros for breakfast when paying 135 euros for accommodation is very expensive. I declined and went to the local town where my breakfast cost less than 10 euros"
