"This place was okay. Plenty of beds and space. Two bathrooms but the one shower is an electric wall unit and it wasn't working for us. Remaining shower had very little water pressure. Tons of air fresheners which we had to set outside because it was too strong for us but that's just our preference, not an issue. We checked in 3 hours after check-in time only to meet the cleaning lady still there. She was very kind and respectful and hurried out. But there was still half eaten food in the fridge,...

"We loved this place and wish we could stay a lot longer. However one young man at reception was less than helpful, he sent us the long way to the casual dinning area even though I walk with a cane. The room was amazing we really made the most if the hot tub. The rest of the staff made up for the weird awkwardness of the one fellow and we thought the oppulance of the place was charming, we even made friends with some dogs after dinner."

Reception staff set the scene therefore they should greet staff with a smile, be friendly and take some time to run through what’s what. This was missing. I also think that a surcharge of 17 euros for breakfast when paying 135 euros for accommodation is very expensive. I declined and went to the local town where my breakfast cost less than 10 euros"
