"One night stay. Could have stayed here longer! It was a comfortable room. Pretty convenient location for airport departures and short layovers. Mall and restaurants are a short drive away. The slightly later checkout at 12pm was handy since we had a later flight. Breakfast was good. Nice selection. Loved the fresh fruit options."

"It’s been a while since I’ve had accommodations go above and beyond, but Hotel Place d’Armes has reminded that where you stay really matters. I was reluctant at first because the pictures look like the rooms were small and dated, but I couldn’t be more wrong. The location is nestled in Old Montreal and is a short walk from Notre-Dame. The building and rooms blend the old bones of the bank that it once was as well as incorporating modern interior. THE ROOM WAS MASSIVE, gorgeous bathroom, and a bed I did not want to leave. If that hasn’t convinced you, the staff will impress you at every point in your stay. The attention to detail, the kindness, and the over friendliness exceeded my expectations. TL;DR: Just book this hotel. Worth the money. 14/10 experience."

"We liked the staff and the location of the property but the rooms were outdated and not as big as we had hoped. Also the description on Expedis says that there was a pool but there was no pool on the property which was a disappointment. We did get to enjoy a drink at the Alice Bar which was really nice as the World Cup was on. Overall we really liked the staff and the valet service. It was a good central location in Downtown Montreal."
