"For the most part everything was wonderful. The night staff went over and above to assist me. Everything in the room just felt ever so slightly like it could use a refresh. But the pillows were heavenly! They are right across from a bar that was really jumping which may be bothersome to some, but I had no issue with it. I had called to reception in the morning regarding a forgotten item, they said they would check to see if they had it and send housekeeping up. No one ever came. I would have preferred if someone had advised me they didn't have that item. Overall I would still return in a heartbeat. Lovely experience and I highly recommend."

"A good, family-friendly hotel. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were no-frills, but offered all we needed (who travels to a new city just to stay in a hotel room anyway?). Indoor and outdoor pools were great for kids. Hotel location itself is convenient to Biodome, Botanic Garden, and Insectarium. Lot offers plenty of no-hassle parking, which enabled us to stick to public transit via the Viau station on the green line (12-15 minutes from the hotel, depending on the walking speed of your group). From Viau, you're another 15-20 min. or so from downtown sights and restaurants. Our only critiques: 1) breakfast options in the area are sparse, so you're limited to the hotel, a boulangerie 8-10 min. away, or waiting to eat until you get downtown; 2) the bathrooms inside the rooms do NOT contain sound well, so if someone flushes in the middle of the night or early in the morning, everybody wakes up."

"Great location! Having a small kitchen gave us the flexibility to make snacks and simple meals. While being downtown allowed us easy access to subway and buses to see the city. Pool and roof patio was wonderful. Great view of city. Quiet at night, yet a close bus/subway ride (a few stops) or walk (25mins) to the International Jazz festival. Best if you don't drive there, as parking is valet and costs 38/night. However, that's probably the case for most downtown core hotels. Overall a very enjoyable stay!"
