Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile

Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile

10/10 Excellent
"Just completed a week at the Sofitel with my mom. One room was plenty big for two people with double beds, which were the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The bathroom was more than sufficient although the sink didn't quite drain - a small price to pay for the fluffy robes and slippers and super hot shower. The bar was perfect for oysters and a glass of wine. If you can get the breakfast included, do so! It was well worth the time each morning and you really didn't need to eat again until dinner. The concierges were incredibly helpful in getting reservations at hard to book places. We took ubers everywhere but I think you could walk to the main shopping drag, up to Mont Royale, and the financial district, and Museum of Modern Art. It was a short taxi ride to the hipster neighborhoods, Old Montreal, Outrement, etc."

New Hotel Moxy Montreal Downtown

New Hotel Moxy Montreal Downtown

10/10 Excellent
"We had a great stay at the Moxy Montreal Downtown! Travelled with our 2 young kids. The hotel is new, modern, stylish, and has a fun, energetic atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rooftop pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center were definite highlights. The location is excellent for exploring downtown Montreal and Old Montreal, all within easy walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall vibe made the stay feel relaxed and enjoyable. The complimentary signature welcome cocktail was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the Moxy to anyone looking for a modern hotel in Montreal."
