"J’ai été impressionné par cet hôtel que je n’avais jamais essayé malgré mes nombreux séjours à Montréal. L’employée de la réception était des plus accueillantes et très professionnelle. Ont nous a accueilli à la dernière minute alors que nous avions eu des enjeux de réservation dans un autre hôtel. La chambre était propre et tranquille. Cuisinette très pratique avec frigo pleine grandeur et micro-ondes. Beau déjeuner offert gratuitement le matin. Prix plus qu’abordable! Ce sera maintenant dans mes premiers choix pour mes prochains séjours!"

"If you are staying one night it may be a good option. But if you want to relax for a couple of days I would suggest another hotel. With better amenities and better hygiene. Location is not bad as it is easy to access public transit. They charged us doable and thankfully my husband saw it the same night and another staff member helped us solving the problem. They also charged for an additional “service”, that second staff member also deleted that extra charge. We don’t recommend it and won’t stay here again."

"Very clean and spacious. Incredible ceiling height for an inner city property. Staff were friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast selection was great."

"Terrible nights sleep. Room was 26 degrees with only option to heat the room. Complained to reception and was told the hotel aircon was not on and was centrally controlled. Was offered a loud desk fan. The power went out during the night 3am and the temperature in the room got to an unbearable level. 27 degrees on thermostat when power came on. I slept for around 3 hours total and felt suffocated. There was a tiny window that didn’t help and let in a huge amount of Road noise. I wasn’t asked about my stay on check out. Hotel was clean, comfortable and restaurant was lovely. I have no idea why they would have the aircon off on such a warm day. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Would have loved to have a more hearty and cooked meal for breakfast. But overall it was okay. The rooms were clean, the heater and AC worked well. We also got extra blankets, which was a bonus"
