Nice modern Villa

Has everything for a nice vacation with friends or family. Every room has a climate control, there is a kicker and ping pong table and the kitchen has everything you need to cook for a lot of people 🙂 The Beach is also very close to the villa but you will have to Walk 3-4 minutes.

Alles war klasse! Wir hatten einen sehr tollen Urlaub. Die Kommunikation mit Michela lief reibungslos. Sie hat sich größte Mühe gegeben auch mit der Übersetzung und war jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank Michela. Das Haus war super schön und modern renoviert. Wir hatten mit 6 Leuten jeder genug Privatsphäre. Es war alles sauber und klasse ausgestattet. Zwei Bäder plus zwei Außenduschen, die auch warmes Wasser hatten. Ebenso sind zwei Wasserschläuche rechts und links vom Haus vorhanden für Motorräder oder Autos zu waschen. Oder uns vor der Ausfahrt abzukühlen. ;-)Im Keller gab es Fahrräder und Ausstattung für an den Strand, ein tischkicker und eine Tischtennisplatte. Die Küche ist perfekt zum kochen für alle Mann, die große Pfanne werde ich jetzt schon vermissen. Die überdachte Terasse ist perfekt für schöne Abende nach dem erlebnisreichen Tag. Der Strand ist fußläufig in 1-2 Minuten zu erreichen. Auf dem Grundstück war genug Platz für unsere 3 Autos, 3 Anhänger und 6 Motorräder. Das einzige was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Zufahrt zum Haus, weil es doch sehr holprig und sandig ist. Aber das haben wir auch täglich mit den Motorrädern geschafft. Beim einfahren zum Haus immer rechts halten wegen der schrägen Einfahrt, dann ist es kein Problem mit Hänger. Eine Pizzeria ist ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Also jederzeit zu empfehlen!

Mit Michaela hat alles gut geklappt, sie hat uns das Haus gezeigt. Die Räume sind gut aufgeteilt und die Bäder gut ausgerüstet. Es hat 2 Kühlschränke und Induktionskochplatten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, aber etwas überladen. Das eine oder andere Utensil ist veraltet und könnte gut im Abfall landen. Das ist gilt auch den Reinigungsutensilien. Die Spühlmaschine reinigt auch nicht immer gleichgut. Der Staubsauger war defekt.Die Ausstattung im Aussenbereich ist okey. Die Veranda lädt zum verweilen ein. Auch der Garten ist gepflegt. Die Aussendusche ist eine tolle Einrichtung. Leider Es hat auch hier defekte Liegen und nicht gepflegte / kaputte Stühle und Schirme.Im Keller hat es sehr viel nicht mehr benutzbare Möbel, Spielzeuge usw.... die man auch gut entsorgen könnte. Somit ist hier sicher ein Stern Abzug, weil es unordentlich wirkt.

Wir waren mit vier Personen für 15 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Das gesamte Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und frisch renoviert. Alle Raüme und das gesamte Anwesen waren super sauber. Checkin und -out waren absolut unkompliziert und wir konnten die Zeiten für Ankunft und Abreise frei festlegen - absolut stressfrei. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation mit Michela, die sich um alles während unseres Aufenthalts gekümmert hat, absolut top. Bei Anliegen konnten wir uns jederzeit über Whatsapp melden und haben innerhalb von Minuten eine Antwort erhalten. Ein großes Dankeschön hierfür!Insgesamt ist das Haus absolut zu empfehlen: Das Grundstück ist sehr groß (wir waren mit AutoAnhänger und vier Motorrädern dort und hatten mehr als genug Platz), die Lage ist ruhig in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer. Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses hat für unsere Ansprüche mehr als erfüllt. Die Zuwegung ist unbefestigt aber war für uns selbst mit voll beladenem AutoAnhänger kein Problem.Für einen weiteren Urlaub in der Ogliastra würde ich diese Unterkunft gerne wieder buchen.

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Oase

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es ist frisch renoviert und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung war super und die Kommunikation lief hervorragend. Marina di Tertenia ist ein toller Ort für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen.

Sardinien Urlaub vom 5.05.-19.05 2024

Wir waren mit sieben Erwachsen in dem Haus was viel Platz bietet.Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig,keine lärmenden Nachbarn,kein Straßenlärm,man hört nur die Vögel und das Rauschen des Meeres.Das Haus ist neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet.Selten eine so gut ausgestattete Küche gesehen.Das einzige was fehlt ist eine Kaffeemaschine. Für Kaffeetrinker gibt es nur einen Kapselautomaten für Espresso. Es gibt allerdings auch etwas zu bemängeln und das sind die Zimmertüren. Sie sind verzogen und quietschen extrem.Wir haben dies dem Vermieter auch mitgeteilt und er will dies nachbessern. Trotz der quietschenden Türen haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und jeden Tag genossen.Die Vermieterin ist sehr,sehr nett und freundlich und hat auch während unserem Aufenthalt immer wieder nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei.Wir würden jederzeit noch einmal das Haus buchen.
